Hello and thank you for stopping by!

I know breaking up with sugar and adopting a whole food way of eating is hard. I am a former sugar and junk food addict turned Functional Nutritionist. I made the change to a real food way of eating and I know you can too!

Each class is taught by a team of practitioners Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition. Our classes go beyond a lecture series and engage a variety of learning modalities. We encourage interaction while you learn how to support digestion, build a nourishing and energy-sustaining meal, reduce the influence of the fat-storage hormone, read food nutrition and ingredients labels, identify hidden sugars, and how to apply all that you learn to your life.

Each participant will receive 5 weekly classes and corresponding reference materials, The RESTART Cookbook, membership in a private Facebook group for ongoing connection and support, and a 30 minute 1:1 consultation with one of your functional nutrition practitioner instructors to discuss your specific questions and wellness goals.

We will be with you every step of the way offering support while teaching you how to nourish your body so you can feel your best. The RESTART® Program’s approach works because it provides foundational education for you to continue to build success upon well after the classes end.

When I am not teaching, I can be found in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, sharing clinical experiences with functional nutritionist colleagues, or chasing the next adventure with my husband.
