Hi, my name is Amy Bo, NTP. I'm located in Horseheads, NY. My mission is to help create a community where people have the energy to fully engage in life so that they can love others well. My favorite thing about teaching RESTART is joining with others as they begin their journey toward better health and a better life. When I am not teaching RESTART, I love to play games and do puzzles with my family, walk through the neighborhood after dinner, and read a good book with a cat curled up on my lap.
