RESTART-Friendly Pumpkin Spice Latte

Fall is in the air. As the weather gets cooler it is time for the leaves to begin turning and for all things pumpkin spice to become popular again.

This year, you can make a RESTART-friendly version of a pumpkin spice latte to sip while you enjoy all things fall.  Using real pumpkin and coconut milk, this pumpkin spice latte is dairy-free, sugar-free and caffeine-free.


  • 1 cup Dandelion Root Coffee
  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 tablespoons roasted pumpkin or 100% pumpkin puree



  • In a medium saucepan, bring dandelion coffee, coconut milk, and water to a boil
  • Reduce to a simmer and stir in  cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and pumpkin
  • Transfer mixture to a vitamix or blender.
  • Process hot mixture very carefully until frothy
  • Place back in the saucepan to reheat
  • Serve.
